About Me

I  have worked with children with special needs for over 26 years. Along my journey I have become adamant about examining the issues children struggle with at a foundational level.

As a parent of a child with severe ADHD, I have made it my mission to explore every avenue to help my son and the children I serve.  Learning about hemisphericity and sensory integration has not only changed my son’s life, it has guided me to fine tune a path for sharing what I've learned and supporting other parents.

I am a specialist in understanding complex behavior concerns that stem from brain imbalance and  sensory regulation struggles.   I  develop a personalized plan that integrates and encourages the bi-lateral connection of the brain.  Parents will learn which side of their childs brain drives the majority of their behaviors and emotions as a result. This approach provides a holistic view of your child, and supports strengthening their weaknesses from the foundation up.

I earned my Bachelors degree in Child Development and my Masters degree in Early Childhood Special Education.  I have provided behavioral guidance for parents for the last two decades and plan to continue as a virtual consultant for families in the US and abroad.

My ultimate goal is to empower parents and help them have a deeper understanding of their child’s functional development so they can conquer a brighter future together.  The more we understand about our children, the better advocate for them we get to be.
